A friend of mine recommended Letitia to help my husband and I plan our honeymoon to Italy. Letitia blew all of our expectations out of the water. She asked us what we wanted to do and what our budget was and planned our dream vacation. Letitia perfectly planned all that we wanted to do and even suggested some unique experiences we would have never thought of, like doing a Vespa tour of Tuscany. The entire two weeks were absolutely seamless, from all of our transportation, to checking in at the most beautiful and centrally located hotels, to each of our tours and day trips. We will definitely be using Crystal Lake Travel and working with Letitia again in the future!

She was very knowledgeable and we tried a Sandals resort in St. Lucia for the first time and really enjoyed our trip. It was truly a memorable trip of a lifetime. Janet took the time to explain everything from A to Z. She gave us such great detailed information that our entire vacation was a smooth and exciting experience. Letitia planned an AMAZING vacation for my father and I for 10 days in Switzerland. Really listened to my budget, locations we wanted to see and the kind of excursions we were looking at. We started our travel experience with Sue Swett and Crystal Lake Travel in 1997. She has always been there for us, looking for the best pricing, working out travel arrangements, following up to get a return when cancer treatment prevented us from traveling. In October we went to CLTravel to set up a vacation for April 2023. We worked with Denise Roper. Denise was very professional and was very kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and more. I have worked with CLTravel before so when we decided to take this vacation I knew that I would book with them as they are the best in what they do. Thank you Denise for making this a great experience.
Worked with them twice back to back April and May 2022 for two trips domestic and international and had a great experience. Knowledgeable and highly competent staff, attention to detail, and great recommendations. Helped me out a lot with last minute travel when I had very limited time to plan.
