Staff was friendly, and drinks were overpriced. I used to do bottle service and was disappointed when I saw the space. I expected it to be more Miami or Vegas style.

one of the bottle girls was aggressively hitting on my boyfriend and kept on touching him inappropriately even after he asked her to stop. I would avoid going here if you have a boyfriend. staff is also very unprofessional and seem to all be on substances while working
Came here last weekend with some friends from the east coast. Our hotel recommended this place. Trying to get inside was like pulling teeth. Met with disdain and false excuses of "were at capacity" from security. Finally made it in...small venue, pretenious servers and crowd. We had a table, decor and over all atmosphere is sub par. Having travelled extensivley around the world...this place is no match and no where near any establishments in LA, Montreal/Toronto/New York. Its a shoebox with little to offer. Better off going elsewhere.
Good atmosphere - pretty servers. Bottle service presentation was very nice. Sadly it’s a generation younger than my style these days - but it was a fun outing. Would happily recommend to a younger crowd.
Went there with some friends, and a lady brought in her dog! it was the most bizarre thing i have ever seen, and she would not leave.
Went here for a bachelorette with 12 girls which was pre booked a month-two months before. It took them an hour to set the area and the spot they gave us was right by the front door in November. Every time the door opened it was freezing cold. They refused to move us as there were "other reservations" made i.e, guys willing to pay more. They were charging us more than the quoted price, they did not give me a ticket for my jacket. Not to mention, they would pour us vodka, and took the bottle away when it was 1/2 full and did NOT bring the bottles back?? Other people guys had their bottles at their tables. Very poor customer service. Never going back. Only positive side was the DJ was good. DO NOT GO HERE! IT SUCKS!
Very poor service. Reserved a table over a month in advance only to be told they cannot adequately accommodate my party on the day of. We were placed at a cramped table next the the door with freezing air blasting in. Paid for bottles which were poured out half way. The server then took it back to the bar and we never saw the rest of the alcohol we paid for. Spent over 1k for a horrible experience. Not about customer service. Pierres only cares to make as much money as possible off of their bottles. NOT RECOMMENDED
Mr. Nolan Prasad is the goat. One of a kind and exceeds all expectations in the night life industry.
Tiny little place but decent atmosphere. Obviously the drinks were over priced as expected. I wasn't too surprised the staff were quite snooty as well. I'd go back only to find a sugar daddy.
