Amazing cake shop in Hamilton with a lot of cake exquisite varieties. This is a family-owned business and all of them are friendly and dedicated to delivering to customers the best service and the best cakes ever. The space is small but charming and seems to be inside a cake factory with sprinkles all over the ceiling and blended with colours. I really like this place and I would recommend to anyone to taste the cakes in-store or order online and you will not be disappointed.

I was excited to try this place because of its concept and how well-reviewed it is. I got a blueberry and graham cracker based regular bowl to go. It looked good and the person making it also helped substitute the white chocolate pearls with dark chocolate ones. They explained all the options available on the menu in detail and the service was really nice. When I got home and had the first bite, I was a bit disappointed at how sweet it was. I expected some tang from the blueberry compote but everything was sugary. I took a few bites and decided to eat again in a few hours. When I got it out of the fridge though it appeared green in multiple places. Now I don't know if food colouring was used which bled into the cake or whether the ingredients were stale and the cake had gone bad in a few hours. I did not want to risk my health so I had to dump two thirds of the item and considering that it wasn't exactly cheap, I felt really bad in doing so. The two stars are for the cute decor and for the nice service that I received.

I have been coming here since early days and it never disappoints. The owner, Dom, is so friendly and welcoming. You can truly see he loves what he does. The space is charming, cake is moist, flavours are always changing and on point. We drive from Toronto to come here when we have a craving or always order when we pass by. Prices are reasonable for the generous portion and creativity of flavours. Consistent service and high quality cake! I've also order a custom cake and he did an amazing job! Highly recommend supporting this small business..hope he's around for many many years to come!

I was in the mood for a nice dessert and found this place on Google Maps. I was not disappointed one bit. This was definitely a new experience for me and the staff on site was super helpful in explaining all of the options and how everything works. Though I was warned about how rich my choice was I found it perfect for what I wanted at the time. If I'm ever back in Hamilton I'll definitely be back to try the other options.

I’ve read some reviews here, and anyone who gave it less than 4 stars needs to give their head a shake. I have ordered/been too crumbled WAY too many times to admit. My favourite is the Red Velvet, but the Oreo is a close second. The cake is always fresh the cream cheese icing is delicious. But the best part about the place is the owner. She is such an awesome lady, the first time I went in, we chatted for 30 minutes about the city. Everything is fresh daily, and everything is made in house. You can’t go wrong with this place!

I'm a skip driver so when I got an order at this address I was wondering what is was.. I walk in to find a beautifully decorated cake shop.. I love the touch of sprinkles on the ceiling. I'm a freak about Peppermint during the holiday season, so when I was picking up an order I noticed it was part of the menu which changes I knew I had to try it for myself. So I went in after My shift and ordered the Peppermint Mocha .. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly sweet.. the mocha was hit on, I enjoyed my cup of cake.. I like My cake chilled so I put it in the fridge.. cant wait to have the rest after dinner.. If you're lucky to get a parking spot out front pop in and give it a try.. great service .. ill have to try a new flavour soon.. : 5/5 :

Just tried this place today and it’s great! I tried 5 different flavours because I couldn’t they all looked so good and all the cakes were so moist and fresh! But the icing ... even more delicious! It’s the best part! You get two free toppings per cake. They have a lot of options and all the ones I tried were tasty and fresh. The store seemed to also follow all the COVID protocols and seemed very clean/safe. Definitely coming back ! The flavours in the photo are Snickers which was my favourite, vanilla, carrot, chocolate and lemon raspberry.

What a fun and delicious idea!! Visited this bake shop on their opening weekend. I don't think I've ever met more excited and happier business owners!! Their specialty is cake bowls!! They make the cake "crumble" on site as well as the frostings and toppings. They offer vegan products! They have feature bowls that will rotate, so if you see a feature, grab it while you can!! They will always carry standard and delicious cake bowls that include vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. Each bowl is made to order and you can watch as it is assembled with love. The bowls are generous servings and the flavours are spot on. We bought ours and brought them home...they held up perfectly. I would highly recommend them for a party. Or just grab a few to keep on hand . The space is bright and spotless and has a really cool feature wall. So nice to see another small biz open on Barton Street. I hear the Christmas menu will blow my mind. I can't wait!!!

I have been to crumbled 4 times now and each time I have loved every bowl I have tried - raspberry lemon, chocolate orange, nainaimo, and vanilla! The owner is friendly and always prepared to discuss his product, which is very proud of!! and he should be! I can't wait to see what you come up with next, Crumbled! You have a big fan right here : Crumbled is an asset to the Barton Village! I think the price reflects a delicious product that is the perfect treat!

Stopped here today for a quick afternoon snack, was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the tons of options. Got a Coconut Cream Pie bowl and a Snickers bowl with no regrets. Both regular sizes were generous portions of moist, fresh cake with lots of toppings the coconut pudding was amazing. The Snickers bowl is vegan, which is great if you're lactose intolerant, but you never would've known from the taste - SUPER chocolatey, delish caramel. Definitely going to stop by again!
