Always a great treat. Love the variety and the way they change it up each week. Staff was very friendly and got the cookies out to us quickly and correctly made.
I used to rave about this place when they first opened. The owner was always there with a big smile and the customer service was some of the best in town. The product is still on point, but the crew was goofing off and barely greeted me and then turned the computer screen and walked away,leaving me to handle the entire transaction on my ownwhich was easy enough, but lacked that personal layer. There were 4 of them and I was the only customer at the time. Still 4 stars for happy employees and not being shorthanded like what seems to be the increasing norm these days.
Guess it depends on ones taste...My daughter LOVES them & paying $6 for a cookie is ok. My son doesn't care for them & thinks the price is ridiculous. I have Celiac Disease so have never tried them. ‍
Yummy cookies. My wife loves them, and they are delicious. I would have done, but I recently had to kick sugar all together. Wish they had sugar free options
I work for Doordash, and the last two pickups from Crumble have been horrible! Your staff ignores and does not even care if you are there to do a pick up. They helped the customers who walked in after me, and could care less that I was standing there waiting, even after I said something. I cringe now when I have an order to pick up for Doordash. The workers would rather make sure they socialize and get the cleaning done than help the customer. Customer service is almost non existent. I too saw a worker drop the spatula on the floor and then reuse it. Disgusting! If your the owner, I would be making sure your staff knows how to treat customers, fill orders, and not reuse things that have fallen on the floor.
Big cookies, super sweet! I usually have a mega sweet tooth but I have to eat these in multiple goes. Always have extra left over for later.
So good! We love getting these delivered!! Thw flavors are always so amazing. Haven't had one yet that we haven't liked!
Always excited to see what each weekly flavors are! I absolutely loved the chocolate sprinkle one a couple weeks ago!

Ehhh. Cookies were alright. Raw in the middle. Personal opinion. Waaayy to sweet. Lots of icing on top and gut wrenching sweetness. Shared 6 with friends, 6 for my 5 kids to share. I still have 3 1/2 cookies left on my counter and nobody wants anymore. Friends didnt finish because they said as well. Way to sweet and they got sick after eating only a half of cookie. They also mentioned their cookies were raw as well. If you eat on the healthier side and want a treat for your sweet tooth. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you seriously want a stomach ache and feel like garbage after. Paid way to much to throw away this many cookies, but in the trash they go.
