We were assigned a room (from guarantee) in a handicap room. Not being handicapped and in an area of the ship that was not requested, I wanted to talk to my agent to find out their view on this room. Several hours later I was called by a more senior rep with Holland America on the line and asked if we would move rooms as they had someone who was handicapped. We were to move 3 doors down from where we were first assigned. As it turned out this room is right at the corridor for the elevators and stairways and is also a connecting room. I felt that we were not given the proper time to think this over and get some proper feedback from our original travel agent. Next time I will never go with a guarantee room again.
