This might be “The Biggest dealership in Winnipeg” but surely not the best well managed. I booked an appointment one day prior to coming to this dealership and still had to wait for 1 hour before i was serverd. The salesman attending me was nice and it’s not his fault but just the management. For a 10 minute session i had to wait for more than an hour and i don’t think this should happen if i booked an appointment.
My experience with Crown Toyota has been excellent.  My sales representative was Nick Chun.  I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted, the trim level, color, and accessories that were important for me.   Nick was a no-pressure sales professional and has helped me change my perception of dealerships.  He was patient with all my questions and quick to get the exact vehicle factory ordered.  In addition, he kept me updated on progress and when it arrived, he ensured everything met my expectations as a new Toyota owner.   As a result, I purchased 3 vehicles from Nick in less than a year.  On my 2nd vehicle, there were misunderstands on parts and Nick quickly rectified the issue – I really appreciated this.  I can’t say enough positive things to say about Nick, the buying experience was simple and easy long wait from Toyota though!… and I trust him for future Toyota purchases.  I wouldn’t hesitate to send my family and friends to Nick as a result of my positive buying experience at Crown Toyota.
Typically this is my second car with Crown Toyota and the team of Nick-Jamie is unbeatable. Jamie gave me the best deal out of nowhere and within a week. Not to mention about Nick to help you out with the tiny details. Also Mars helped me out on the service info as well. They are really helpful and it’s my pleasure to deal with them.
So far I had a good experience with this Toyota dealership. They usually offer what is needed for you or your car and do not try to push you and upsell.
Purchased a new to us car, Partick was excellent in providing a calm, relaxing, informative, structure, no pressure-oriented experience. Right from the start, he was very accommodating and willing to work around my busy schedule. He's very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for his customers. Now, I can definitely say that I have my dream car and this Toyota branch definitely made the process a smooth one. They have friendly staff and their team offers excellent customer service. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Crown Toyota. Nick was a fantastic salesman who was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions with ease and he was a pleasure to work with. Prior to coming into the dealership, he contacted me immediately through text and email which showed that he cared and was eager to help me. If you’re looking to buy a new or used vehicle, I’d highly recommend Nick from Crown Toyota.
Nick helped a lot with my decision about the pros and cons of a hybrid and regular car on gas. He will provide every info you need to know about any vehicles and is very patient. He recognized me the second time I went to Toyota because the first time around, I was sure if I wanted a Toyota. I am very grateful to have Nick as my person to help me choose my new vehicle. Thank you so much Nick! Mars is nice and a very patient person as well when he showed me the features on my vehicle. Even though I was making sure I understand everything in my car, he would ask me if I know before moving onto the next features. Thanks Mars for all the help on my car and became more comfortable with my car's features! Andrew has been a huge help and knowing what benefits I have for my car and has helped me become more comfortable as this was my first car order. His bubbly personality has helped me choose Toyota. It means a lot Andrew! I couldn't ask for a better team to pick my car. These guys really did an excellent job and I got to know them more than just employees at Toyota. Thank you guys!
I would give zero stars or even a minus if I could. A particularly bad experience. In June 2022, the deposit is paid to book the car in 2022, and the car will arrive in October. Make an appointment for next day pickup at 3:40 pm. But the next morning, the salesperson told me that my car had been sold by the manager to another customer without my knowledge. Let me wait for the next batch of cars. Such a low-level mistake made us consumers pay the bill and forced me to buy a 2023 car. Or simply return the deposit to me. Either go to the store to buy a used car, Crown Toyota doesn't care. I think contracts just limit us as consumers. No integrity at all. There is no apology at all for such a big store doing something wrong. What a disappointment. I've talked to friends and colleagues about buying a car, and everyone can't believe it. Even if your car is in good condition. There is no basic service and integrity. Your brand reputation will also take a hit. At least my friends and colleagues will not come to this store again. I hope that friends who have read my review will be cautious when going to this car dealership! ! !
