Stephen has a gift! He's able to figure out injuries that have stumped other health care professionals. He is also personable, patient with explaining exercises and watches to make sure I do them correctly. Highly recommended!

I saw RMT Michelle Brammer for an intense sharp pain in my left shoulder that made me unable to move my arm at all for a long period of time. I went to Michelle with an ice pack attached to my shoulder. As soon as Michelle saw me and I voiced my concern, without even touching me she already knew what she needed to do. Her approach is extremely effective and differs from most therapists as she sees the connectivity of other parts of the body; instead of simply working on the painful part. Within an hour, I was FLABBERGASTED! I am able to rotate my left arm COMPLETELY - I could even swing it round and round if I wanted to! I am convinced she’s a wizard! She even explained what was happening in my shoulder and was fantastic at communicating what she was doing at every step. Michelle has helped me more in the span of one hour, than any physiotherapist/chiropractor/massage therapist I had in the past 2 years different location. THANK YOH MICHELLE!

Great, caring staff, with modern equipment. They also explain things very well and have modern digital rehab programs to follow. Highly recommend!

Amazing knowledge and service! I have had the pleasure of receiving both physio and massage therapy there for many years. Michelle is always sure to provide me with a great massage while ensuring that I am comfortable and ergonomically positioned. I received exceptional and safe massages while pregnant with my first child. Brooke in physio helped heal my wrists and legs so that I could get back to my exercise routine safely and quickly. Great team and support staff. I would highly recommend going there for physio or massage!

Great treatment: effective and painfree at a Fair price.

Steve has been both my son's and my physio therapist. His knowledge of the body and it's functions and healing processes are amazing. He has assured each time we both have what we need at the level tailored to both our injuries and our capacity. He is very patient, and made sure we both understood why and what we were doing for our homework of exercises. The balance of staff are very helpful. The location and parking are convenient. Thank you Steve for all you do!!!

Gordon is the best massage therapist I've seen. He makes me fell comfortable, and he is very friendly. I've been twice and already feeling the benefits.

The only reason I haven't made it a 5-star review is because I've only been here for massage, so I can't rate their other services but family members have, and recommend it. Massage with Michelle is amazing! I tried a lot of different places, and experienced a lot of unpleasant painful massages, before finding Michelle. She's especially great for anyone experiencing chronic pain, and has a great sense of how to adjust pressure accordingly. Highly recommend!
