I was a patient of Dr. Gamache for few years, and i was so dependent on our phone visits since I got menopause. She dropped me out of her list without even letting me know. No explanation, no referral for other doctor, absolutely nothing. Her receptionist also had no clue why she did this to me. It’s few months I’m suffering from an infection which hasn’t gone away with the medication my family doctor prescribed. He had to refer me to another gynecologist and the waiting time is up to 6 months, and I’m in pain and agony. Thanks to Dr. Gamache and the whole clinic for caring about patients! You are just irresponsible, unprofessional and simply awful.
Worst office staff ever! My daughter eas referred there for an important check up and they called to confirm the appointment. It went to voicemail so they left a vm.I called back and CONFIRMED that we would be coming. When we got there, all the way from Richmond, and having picked up the kids early from school, they told me the appointment had been canceled because I had not confirmed. Seriously?!! I had called and confirmed! And why would I come all the way otherwise?!! And if they HAD cancelled it, why hadn’t they called to LET ME KNOW it was cancelled?!!! I was livid! Then they have the nerve to offer me an appointment for next week. I was completely flabbergasted by the stupidity of the matter. They had wasted mine and my kids’ time, gas and money and they expect us to return?! Worst clinic ever!!!
Have seen Dr. Van Schalkwyk for both of my pregnancies, and find her knowledgeable and approachable. For a busy clinic there are wait times for first appointments, but that is normal in public healthcare. Follow-up appointments are timely and easy to book. Daysy at the front desk is always amazing, caring, clear, and organized.
Dr Yam is an excellent doctor. She made me feel very comfortable during the biopsy. The procedure was not very uncomfortable because of her excellent bedside manner.
This clinic takes great care of me throughout the years. Dr. Henry Woo is very knowledgable, caring and supportive. The appointment is easy to book and wait time is never too long.
I don't ever write reviews, but it is truly worth my time to take a moment and say thanks to Dr. Lalani and Garland at the front desk. They saw me on a last minute referral from a local clinic and really took such good care of me. Garland helped get me into an appointment last minute and was overall just the sweetest. Dr. Lalani really listened to me, answered all my questions, and provided excellent care. It was one of the best Gynaecology interactions I have ever had. Very appreciative for their care and would highly recommend.
The appointment was confirmed via text. I did not have to wait long 15-20 minutes? and the receptionist with purple hair cheerfully lent me a mask, as I had lost mine on the way to the clinic. I recommend making your appointment for the morning, as you will have less wait time. Dr. Lalani was very warm, friendly and professional. He introduced himself, set me at ease with his confident and thorough approach. All-round good experience. :
Dr. Nathalie Gamache is amazing! She is super sweet and informative during our appointment. She goes over what is to be expected and is very welcoming with questions. She puts the patient's needs first.
repeatedly fail to follow up or give sufficient information. trying to get a hold of them and the voicemail is full or they are in a different office than the days listed. they lost my lab results and blamed me twice when the dr. didn't call at the appointed time, were rude and dismissive throughout. I know it's free medical and it's covid but this has been 100% a frustrating, stressful experience.
I really like Dr Tsai. He made me feel very comfortable. I was not feeling having a male dr. But was surprised with how he made me feel. However. His office assistant has no brains. Makes communication VERY irritating and inconvenient. Had a surgery booked. She emailed me with the time details, and i had to email back and ask WHERE in the hospital i was supposed to go. Got back "i think its on the 3rd floor"... Seems something important to direct me to the right place on surgery day....
