Traveled to Niagara Falls with the family and needed a place to work out. Although we were staying on the American side, it was super easy running over into Canada and working out at this awesome cf box! The box is in an old high school gym in a big circle, surrounded by neat old houses. It's just half a mile or so from all the attractions. Everybody was super accommodating and nice. To me, a good box is one where people welcome you and make you feel part of the community, and that's exactly what this box does ! It was a good workout and a good time !

I have travelled for work for years and have been a member at four other boxes in Canada and abroad. This is, by far, my favourite crossfit! Coaching staff are excellent and knowledgeable; the community is amazing. I have been pushed and motivated and made great progress. I moved to the Falls in November of 2016 and this gym made me feel right at home.

Love the box! Love the community spirit! It's always challenging. Options are always given to you to modify if necessary. Amazing box... awesome coaches. Highly recommend it.

From day 1, it has always been a place where I can go and challenge myself - mentally and physically. The workouts make me use my strengths to aid my weaknesses. It's a gym family like no other -- I've met some lifelong friends through this gym!! Thanks for always being a part of my daily routine!!
