Cromwell Andrew C DDS

I was seen at Dr. Cromwell‘s office once in July and once in August. I was assuming it was for a cleaning as I had not been there for quite some time because I was out of town. The previous time I had a cleaning at their office, it was a deep cleaning and the cost was reasonable. I assumed that this would be another deep cleaning, for which I was prepared to pay the fees. I was surprised when they billed my insurance and it came to a total of $888. I was there for exactly 2 hours and Dr. Cromwell never once looked at the work that was done in my mouth. It turned out that they were doing scaling work on my teeth. If I’m going to be charged $888, because my insurance didn’t cover anything, I should’ve received a treatment plan and a quote for the cost. Regardless, $888 for two hours worth of work is, in my opinion, a bit over the top, especially because I was not seen by the dentist either visit. I don’t like that, but I am on Social Security disability and Medicare. I had to get a loan to pay the bill. In my opinion it was very unprofessional to not get a treatment plan and a quote for the anticipated charges. When I told the receptionist that I didn’t even get a toothbrush or anything out of the deal, she said “I’ll send your toothbrush in the mail if that’ll make you feel better“. Again, very unprofessional. I won’t be going back and in the future I will ask for a treatment plan and quote wherever I go.

Caring atmosphere and everything you’d want at a dentists office. Dr Cromwell is super knowledgeable and I learned things I didn’t even know about dental care! He was thorough and explained the procedures my son and I will be needing. Tiffany was very welcoming and went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed and coordinate our care. She made me feel super secure in my choice of care. Jamie did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth- I have areas that most dental hygienists in the past have missed and she addressed it right away for me. The entire staff answered all my questions. Thank you Dr Cromwell, Tiffany and Jamie for taking such good care of my son and me!! This is a great place, my son who’s 7 said he had a great time! That’s super great to hear from child after a dental visit!

Excellent dentist. Best dental and exam I’ve ever received. Dr. Cromwell and his assistant as well as the other members of his team are very polite courteous and personable. Dr. Cromwell and his assistant took the time to listen to the issues and problems I had. They were excellent in letting me know what was need how they were going to fix the issues and took all the above and beyond measures to make me comfortable. They took the time to explore what other options they had in order to help with other issues and actually did them instead of just telling me what could be done. They were very prompt in getting my referrals, x-rays and medical documentation forwarded. His team took the time to call me and check on me as well as keeping up to date on where my referral was at in its process. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Cromwell and his team and would recommend him and his team to anyone. They maintained a very professional place of business that was well kept up and made a very friendly and relaxing visit. Their professional attitudes and ethics were above and beyond any Dr visits I have ever had.

I recently established care with Dr. Cromwell and have had a bit of work done over the last several months. I typically experience a lot of anxiety when receiving dental work. Dr. Cromwell and his staff have been very empathetic. They are very patient with me and are good at easing my fears.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cromwell’s for over 10 years. He and his office staff are warm and friendly. In the event of an urgent dental situation they are attentive and get you in to the clinic right away. They are professional and make going to the dentist a little easier!

I give Dr.. Cromwell a 5 star review! My experience was very pleasant! I have horrible teeth that makes me insecure! So he made a dental plan with me! Everyone in the office was very helpful and pleasant to be around! ! And the best part is I will have all my teeth done and beautiful by the end of december! Thank you so so much! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Cromwell is incredible and very easy to work with for all your dental needs! The care you receive is the best around. My family and I are very happy with this dental office and highly recommend them!

I was not the kind of person to go to the dentist on a regular basis-so when I cracked a tooth I had to go after many years of putting in off. I went to Dr. Cromwell because I read some good reviews on Facebook. I am so happy I cracked that tooth-not only was my experience painless but it was efficient, affordable and done with precision. The whole experience was so good that I went on to have dental work done that I wanted fixed cosmetically for many years. Thank you Dr. Cromwell and Jamie!

I always receive caring an informative dental care here! Dr Cromwell and his team are wonderful! They even provide exceptional dental care to my 4 year old and made him so comfortable he was able to go alone with out me in the room!
