Reply to Zeinab Elmoussaoui: The customer's wedding dress was received.filthy in January with snow slush, mud, and road salt from the harsh winter conditions. She was heading overseas for several months, and our!store was in the start of a major remodel, the customer said there was not urgency to have it quickly returned. When the wedding dress was returned it was like new, seriously! The customers main complaint is about price, although she does not mention in her unnecessary scathing review. The main disagreement was about price, then the inventions of time and stains arose. These people want us to work for free and unfairly cheap! Reply to Susan Anderson from the Owner: $7:00 is for "3 loads" of laundry in our triple load washers. The cost of drying is $1.50 for half an hour which is the time needed to dry with use of our washers because they extract very well. We took great care in selecting the best type of washing machines (Milnor Machines) and maintain the best dryers for our community. We want the best for our customers, and we provide the best for them. Industry average for the cost wash and dry is $4.00 per load (2011). Therefore, the cost per load is below industry average and you get the use of the best machines in the industry. Consider: how much is the cost of a pack of cigarettes, six pack, value meal? The cost of washing clothes or comforters in our store is worth it!

Really bad service. Took 4+ months to clean a wedding dress and overcharged what they said they were originally going to charge, and for something that was not heavily dirty. On top of that it wasn't even cleaned well, stains and yellow spots were still evident. I suggest you don't waste your time or money.
