Heather was extremely friendly and helpful! She asked if I needed any assistance, and when I said that I was looking for Fireball Whiskey, she walked me over to it, but also made a recommendation that I might enjoy the new Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire instead. When I was unsure, she offered to let me try a small sample cup. It was delicious! I can tell that MLCC has made a big push towards their overall customer service in the last year, and it is clear that Heather exemplifies whatever their new standards are. Thank you Heather and MLCC!
