The dental service's I received at Crescent Heights were fantastic.  The dental hygienist that performed my cleaning was extremely gentle and completed the work quickly and efficiently.  She also communicated clearly and kindly to me.  It really feels like crescent heights cares about your health and happiness above all else.  They also try to save me money whenever possible. 10/10

Excellent service, great staff! Neerishma was so kind and understanding. Dr. Newbert is great at what he does. Highly recommend this dental clinic. p.s. They have a 3D scanner for your teeth, this was really neat.

Been going to crescent heights dental ever since I was a kid, they are amazing and have always taken care of me. The staff is super friendly everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants to the main dentists. I’ve been seeing Christina now for the last year and a half and she is honestly the best hygienist, she is very thorough and does an amazing job she is super friendly and very quick!  I would definitely recommend family and friends, thank you crescent heights dental!

I had my first cleaning at Crescent Heights Dental yesterday. My dental hygienist was detailed and informative on prevention care. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. I am definitely going to continue going there. Call and book now. The girls at the reception desk are amazing.

Reception staff are friendly and prompt to take care of you. My hygienist is amazing. She's friendly, gentle, thorough, and professional. My dentist is attentive and explains things well. I feel very well taken care of every time I visit this office.

I have been a patient for a couple of years. The staff are so welcoming and professional. Today I had an emergency as my front veneer fell off. It was so important for me to have it fixed immediately as I had an in person panel interview. Dr. Newbert came to the rescue and did a wonderful job. BEST dentist ever!  Thank you everyone at Crescent Heights Dental Clinic.

Update: I am actually very impressed with the recovery of the situation noted below. Somewhere along the line there was a miscommunication on both sides, and Teressa the Office Supervisor called me to discuss how we could reach a resolution. Happy to report that we have reached an amicable agreement and as such I have amended my review score.  -- I am going to preface this review by saying dentists and hygienists are top notch - I generally have no issues with them other than that they are very sales oriented.  My issue stemming from the back-office processing of insurance benefits and claims. I received a call from the dental office that I was due for a recall earlier than I expected. This was due to my insurance typically not covering 6 months and rather 9. I explained this to the caller, and she indicated that no, my insurance will cover this regular cleaning. In addition to this, I had fillings I needed to get done so to book me on the same day expecting that it would be fully covered it was not.  Upon getting the cleaning performed by the hygienist, I was informed that an exam by dentist could be completed but would not be covered as we hadn't hit the 9-month time period required my provider... What was the point of this other than to get an extra few hundred dollars out of me????  To make it worse, when the fillings were completed, I was informed none of this work would be covered by insurance as I had already hit my yearly limit... You would think the dental office would have checked my insurance to see if there was sufficient coverage.  Should I have known that I was approaching my limit for my dental coverage? Perhaps. But I think it is the duty of the clinic to check this for all patients, especially ones that are questioning the frequency and concerns relating to their insurance coverage. Now I am out $900 which I am very disappointed about.  If anyone from the dental office actually reads these, you have my number on file. You may call me if you want to discuss this further.

I went to get cavities filled and was struck by how considerate and dedicated the dentist and the dental assistant were during my time with them. They made a point of ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure, even offering me a blanket which I’ve never had happen at the dentist before - it was lovely and so comfortable!. I felt I was in very capable and caring hands. The fillings were done with consideration for my tooth structure, even though one of them was much more difficult for the dentist because he chose a process that prioritized my tooth structure over his ease of access. Thank you!!

Best dental clinic in Calgary. I’ve got my Ruth Canal and fillings done by them and they are the most professional people ever. I mean, from the front desk all the way into the doctors is all the same quality of service. I appreciated y’all!!!

I have been to many dentists and my experience was beyond the best experience . The main focus  was no pain and they succeeded my expectations.  Especially getting all my teeth out. I would  highly recommend going here for your visit. Thank you for doing an amazing job.
