We are a modern state of the art 8 surgery practice focusing on quality dental care and are committed to providing continuous access to NHS dental care. We opened as a new practice in September 1998 with 2 surgeries, and have since expanded to 8 surgeries due to ever increasing demand from our patients. The surgery provides the full range of NHS treatment except sedation to the community of Swindon. We also provide an extensive range of private, affordable cosmetic dental treatment to enhance your smile"

I had a really good experience with Ambience Dental practice. The hygienist Consuela Cazan was very considerate and had good communication  skills, checking in regularly to make sure I was okay during the scale and polish. She was very thorough in the treatment, and gave me , honest treatment options. On this principle, I would recommend them . The end result was very good too, lovely pearly-white smile. I booked in again for 6 months time. All staff were polite and friendly. Thank you team, I look forward to seeing you again.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, perhaps some people's expectations are unreasonable. All staff were polite and efficient. The dentist recommended some options to me and gave me some good advice. Was in and out in less than half hour which included registering as a new patient, examination of my teeth, tooth extraction and a scale and polish. Thanks, I'll be back in future.

I have been at this practice for 6 months now. The service I have experienced in the 5 times I have had to visit has been fantastic. The team have been warm and friendly and my dentist Dr. Nour Daas has been amazing. She puts you at ease explains everything thoroughly through every procedure has a lovely personality warm friendly and shows empathy which I’ve never had with other dentists. I would also like to mention her assistant as she too has been great when I’ve visited. Top marks from me would definitely recommend this practice and my dentist

Positive first experience with this dental practice. Booking was easy and relatively painless despite a couple of phone calls from reception to change the time even though I ended up with my original appointment time anyway. The actual dental work completed by Dr.Cazan was superb and worth every penny.

Really friendly and professional Team. All prices and treatments are very well explained. Treatments are very thorough and leave you feeling confident about the practice. Would definitely recommend. The Dentist who has treated me is Dr. Consuela Cazan.

I had a lovely experience with Ambience Dental Practice. This was my first visit for hygiene checkup with Dr Consuela Cazan and she is absolutely amazing in what she does. She was extremely thorough on explaining the process and had excellent communication skill. In addition, she was really compassionate as she kept on checking how I was doing and made me comfortable throughout the cleaning process.  Dental checkup used to be daunting to me before but Dr Consuela Cazan has forever changed this for me. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and I will definitely be seeing you soon in a 6-months time.

They don't even deserve one star. Reception staff are rather rude because there are never enough of them, so they're under a lot of pressure. They won't return your phone calls and after 5 minutes of being on hold you get cut off. They cancel YOUR appointments booked months in advance with less than 24 hours notice. I've seen intolerable treatment of elderly patients who are having trouble contacting the surgery. I've been a patient here for 20 years and the service has gone so badly downhill that I am happy to discover that they apparently have no available appointments therefore forcing me to choose another surgey. Be thankful for small mercies. Do your yourself a favour by finding any other dental surgery.

I had a dental routine check up appointment with Ms. Cazan today. I am very impressed. We discussed the condition of all my teeth and I received a very good advice from her about the ones that needed more care and attention. I visited quite a few private dentists in the past. It is very rare I get such a good feeling about the dentist. Ms. Cazan is very knowledgable and professional dentist. She pays attention to all the details and explains things very clearly.I would strongly recommend her for the future patients. Thank you.

I don't generally review but it has to be said this dental practice is one of the worst i'v been to. Dr Nour was fairly impatient with me during a routine hygiene appointment. She explained how I was a difficult patient as I was more squirmish than her average. But the icing on top was when she reported to say that I had three cavities which required fillings. I attended a different practice after this and had x-rays to reveal that there were no cavities but just staining. I think this was fairly un acceptable from a dentist. Will not be returning again

I had my consultation with Dr Nour Dass this week. The experience was very pleasant. She took her time to explain me the diagnosis and the treatment went smoothly. She was very approachable and empathic throughout the consultation. I would definetely return in the future!
