They are parasites. They won't work with you, they told me to pull out of my 401k or they would garnish. This place needs to be shut down.

I went in to make a payment and because it wasn't as much as they wanted, they would not accept my payment at all. This group has never been willing to work with us and within our budget. They always just threaten judgement and garnishment.
