Crailo State Historic Site is the Museum of the Colonial Dutch in the Hudson River Valley. Once the home of Hendrick van Rensselaer, grandson of the first patroon, Crailo is now home to the new permanent exhibit, "A Sweet and Alien Land: Colony of the Dutch in the Hudson River Valley." Crailo is open for regular tours mid-May through the end of October, Wednesdays - Sundays, tours are offered on the hour, the first tour is at 11:00am, the last tour is at 4:00pm. November - mid-May tours are offered by appointment only. Crailo offers special events, workshops, school programs, group tours and other activities throughout the year.
