My partner and I had a terrible experience with this accounting firm. My family and I have given them steady business for many years. We were being charged hidden fees for very informal consultations without any follow up what so ever. Once our tax info was submitted they were apparently completed without even getting a phone call to pick them up. The lady who answers phones at the front desk has no professional characteristics and is rude when dealing with a customers objection. Instead of an apology for bringing up some necessary issues which a customer shouldn't experience they tell us we no longer want your business. They push customers away making them feel invaluable and unable to afford their services. The only person who did a good job was Mike. Everyone else should be ashamed of how this was handled.

Really slow, bad accounting firm. Save your money and go somewhere else.
