I’ve used this place for the last three years. Worst return I’ve ever seen ,each year. My income fluctuated massively from year to year. The result was the same each year. SFA! Go to anyone else, you will see a return! They charge 100 dollars and your lucky if you get that back to cover your cost of paying them. I will never use this place again ever!

Short Story: Very Rude, and refused my business. Long Story: I am a business owner of a small company in its first year. In an effort to keep all costs down, I do all of my own book keeping. Keep expense receipts, keep invoice records, and I total them monthly and yearly. This way I only have to pay someone to file my taxes, and not pay them by the hour to do the book keeping (because I do that). Well when we met with Bob, he rudely refused to look at my Totals Page. He blatantly told me he will not trust what I wrote down and that he wanted to double check all of my work (and charge to do so). I told him I had already done that work, and I would like him to just file our taxes correctly as a partnership and calculate some depreciation on our vehicle. This was when he started getting rude. He looked at my totals and joked "I hope you didn't only make this much" then he started asking questions repeatedly in a way that didn't allow me to respond, as if I didn't have the answers. Then came my favorite part. He said "This is like you hiring me to paint your house, and then telling me how to paint it". No Bob, it is me painting my own house, paying you to clean up, and then you refuse to clean because you want to paint it too and charge me for it. When he realized I was not going to also pay him to do my book keeping he pushed all of my papers towards me after he had made a mess of them, and refused to take me on as a client. When you read this Bob, please do not contact me to "explain". That was the most unprofessional 5 minutes I've ever experienced.

Love the service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Went out of his way to get us the most out our return. This was all done while we wait. Thank you very much guys. See you again soon! I would recommend this company to anybody searching for tax preparation specialists.

I’ve gone for 3 years. Each year appointment times were not honoured. Lots of time waiting until you see someone.

They offer great service; very prompt and professional. I was able to contact them fall of last year when I had several tax related questions for them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to use them in the future for my tax preparation.
