Ive rebuild a lot of cars . And this shop simply lies and instead of correctly fixing the problem the first time the fixed my door they used masking tape to adhere that plastic sheet to the door this time i discovered the used spray on on glue. Then the manufacture uses a butle type silicone . Just like that hole you see they made me wait a week for black tape for a window edge but failed to plug that hole correctly . This was a complaint I had with my door they had replaced it screwed up my window control switch . Blamed me for breaking it. Then after my complaint g about them properly finishing the job with my door as you can see there is no butle that is used to seal the door with that plastic layer and the hole cover that protects the interior door from outside elements even though they had me wait for my car an additional week to get black tape for a window sill. And then they parked my car on the street just to have a hit and run . Then tried to get me to sign off the day it got hit while in their care.the reason you sign the paper when you drop a car off to a shop is because their insurance covers your car when they are at fault. and now I get to complain about their crappy service yet again because this is going to be the 3rd time I caught this when they stated they corrected the problem. And they simply lied and used glue this time last time was masking tape .

My truck was taken to Craftsman Collison by my insurance company to have repair work done on my front bumper. I am extremely happy with the repairs that were completed on the vehicle. The bodywork was done, but I had to wait a week for a backordered sensor to arrive. After I returned home from work, I took my truck in to have the sensor installed and noticed a stain on the front seat. After they installed the sensor, I asked the Manager Ben about the stain. I really do not think it was from anyone at Craftsman, I believe it happened when Intact insurance was shuttling my vehicle. Ben was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to determine what the stain was and took steps to remove it. Five minutes later, the leather was back to looking brand new with no permanent damage. Thank you Ben, you provided exceptional customer service!!Service: Body & Trim
A great experience and great repair. Charlotte, Gabby and Laura were fantastic, super helpful and polite. They had my rental sorted and all the paperwork in order when I dropped off. The repair to my car is awesome. There are no signs of the previous damage and the car was cleaned before they returned it to me. It feels like a new car! Thanks so much for the great experience. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
They did a great job repairing my car after the accident. They were professional, friendly, and so helpful. I was so impressed and surprised that my car was cleaned too!!! Thanks again for the great work on my car. I would highly recommend to anyone.
DO. NOT. RECOMMEND! Should have known better, when while waiting to drop our vehicle, one of the other customers was returning theirs for a second time to repair damage done by the shop itself. First they kept our Rogue for 18 days to repair hail damage. There were many folks, so we thought, okay, just a lot of volume. Then, they call us to pick up. The morning we go to pick up, they back into a pillar and wreck our bumper, bringing it to the front. They promise they can fix in two days, apologize, and what choice do we have, we leave it. They are covering the rental now, since it's no longer an insurance repair, so okay, fine. 3 days later we get a call, oh, no, sorry again, we don't have the bumper after all, it will be a few more days. We get another call, to come and get the Rogue the next day. Then that morning, oh, no, sorry, not finished. We finally get our vehicle back, and return the rental. Enterprise charges us for a gap day, because Craftsman didn't get on flipping the paperwork fast enough. Finally have the vehicle home, to discover a mist of something, we don't know what, all over the interior. You have to use solvent to get it off all the hard surfaces. Plus a bonus scratch on the driver's door they swear up and down was there already. We are so done, we'll get that repaired elsewhere. While Charlotte was incredibly apologetic, doesn't make up for the incredible incompetence, frustration and unnecessary extra damage.
From start to finish everything was handled wonderfully. My car was repaired beautifully and the customer service was nothing less than perfect. They updated me via text due to my crazy work hours and made everything convenient. They set me up for a rental right away. I was very delighted that they cleaned my car afterwards it was a nice surprise. Fortunately this process went smoothly as I was 0% at fault since someone rear ended me while I was stopped in traffic and told the truth. I highly recommend this place!
After my previous experience with Craftsman Collision in Maple Ridge BC I was little uneasy to drop off my car over here, however to my surprise this was absolutely fantastic experience . There were some delays caused by parts delivery, however the manager Charlotte kept me updated all the time. She took care of everything with positive and proactive attitude. Outstanding customer service brought smile back on my face. Way to go guys ! Thumbs up!
