Reasonable price. I got my haircut couple weeks ago and it wasn't good as I expected. They called back to redo my haircut, and it was amazing. Me and my daughter will definitely gonna do our hair here from now on.

I've been seeing Nicole since 2017 and honestly, there is a very good reason I keep going back to her. She is always accommodating for my appointments, she actually listens to me when I ask for what I want but I ask for her professional opinion and she hasn't let me down once. If you want to chat the whole time, great and if you want to be on the more quieter side, that's great too, so I always feel comfortable. The pricing is fair. The salon is always busy but everyone is so nice. All around great place to go for your hair needs!Service: Hairstyling

I have been going to Nicole for like 5 years now, and I’ll never go to anyone else. Nicole is incredibly talented, she listens and cares about her clients. Highly recommend, especially for blondes! Also I should note that I drive nearly an hour each way from Langley to see Nicole... 100000000% worth the drive!

Before the pandemic Michelle fixed a mess another salon did to me - I was happy with what she did to salvage it it was bad and she helped a lot without making it shorter <3! I'm back in Vancouver now for school since it is no longer online so decided to book here again. I couldn't remember Michelle's name so booked under Safuran. I have naturally wavy/curly hair and told her this I came in with it straightened. I am so happy with how she layered it!! I love how my hair is sitting and cannot believe a stylist not specialized in curls helped me out this much! I have no idea what she did differently from other stylists I've had in the past but how she cut in those layers is really flattering with my hair texture. Its been a long long long time since I've been this happy with my hair. Both Michelle and Safuran were easy to talk to and I enjoyed my time in their chair. I'm naturally introverted and sometimes conversations in salons are awkward but both of these ladies were "normal" if that makes sense. If it was quiet they didn't force it. If you have wavy/loose curls please give Safuran a try - its not a "curly haircut" as she cuts it wet but it'll look nice straightened too :D

The vibe and stylist were nice but the hair cut makes me want to cry it’s so bad- it’s not at all what I asked for and it’s been 4 days since I first reached out trying to get some assistance. I went in for a touch up on my hair after being recommended by a friend, I asked them to clean up dead ends while adding some layers to the back of the head and left with a full on FRESH /mullet/ that’s so thinned out I can’t even wear it in a ponytail anymore. 3-4 years of hair growth was chopped off when I agreed to max 1 inch and the stylist or salon won’t get back to me now..

Nicole transformed my hair.I have been seeing her for 4 years and will continue to do so even though I’m moving to Vancouver island.She is beyond talented and took my hair from black, box dyed and fried to lighter, brighter and healthier.
