Was glad to be able to sit down and eat at a restaurant. Asked for no mayo on my burger and they put it on anyways! But it was my daughters Birthday and she just wanted to go.
Great service, great food and a bonus, they have wine and beer here on menu. Store was great. Nice to look around while waiting for table. Yes bought a few Christmas items. Will definitely stop by again. Thank you Cracker Barrel.
I love the variety of choices and the portions are very generous, I always have to take some home or share with the table. Our server was a sweetheart.
Customer service was exceptional bathrooms were extremely clean and of course I enjoyed the southern hospitality although it's in the Midwest
Not very good selection of food, although the fried chicken was good. Not a fan of the mashed potatoes and the soda tasted watered-down. Waited for an hour to be seated, would not recommend.
Food was just warm, ham and the sausage patty was rubbery and tough. My wife had the meat loaf and she said it was cold and had that not fully cooked texture but it looked done.
I love their clothes,and the manager is so nice he will even help look for a size. Their customer service is #1 top of the line
