No one likes to have to replace their furnace, but if you're looking for a company to do just that, you will be HAPPY with Cozy World. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't listen to others complaining about cost, these guys are very competitive. Anyone complaining is simply not doing their homework! Everyone we dealt with at Cozy World was professional and upfront about pricing. We went for the top of the line model and can not believe the difference between that and our old furnace. We are looking forward to the savings it provides and are already so comfortable with our purchase. Thank you Cozy World!

Boris was absolutely amazing when we met for inspection and quote for furnace and water heater replacement. He was knowledgable,​​​​ and kind enough to go through what needs to be done in detail. His quote was very reasonable and installers were amazing too! They were professional, easy to communicate with and most importantly, did a perfect job, without leaving any mess. They found out some extra work that was required but they did it without any complaints - Highly recommend!!

Expensive service call. Don't get me wrong - the service guy was knowledgeable - just over priced. They diagnosed the problem in a two minute phone call. Told me that my 10 year parts and labour warranty wouldn't cover things like this which have to be addressed in maintenance calls - which they've never called me to offer. So now the service call was going to be $150. When I challenged the price they rationalized it sating that they would need an hour to do the service call. Okay - fair enough. But turns out that the service call took 30 minutes and cost me $150.
