We had a wonderful experience staying here! The rooms were very clean and the showers were nice and warm! The customer service was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh baked cookies at the front desk. We had a group of friends all stay here and everyone agreed it was great and they would stay again. Thanks again for accommodating our dogs with waiving the pet fee and they enjoyed the dog treats! I am so thankful to have found this wonderful place to stay in Packwood!

The lobby was beautiful. Mountain lodge feel. Close to gas station and snow. The rooms could be updated but weren't bad. Nice bathrooms. Beds were nice and comfortable.

Very nice place been staying there off and on for 5yrs love the new upgrades !the old lady there can be very rude we recently went paid for 2 nights 1st morning my husband was having severe chest pains the nice woman offered her phone for us to call Dr my husband was admitted into hospital with blood clots in lungs i had to drive all the way back to motel to pack up stuff because they were transporting him to university of Washington when i went in to check out i explained what had happened and she said she wouldn't refund us anything back because it was 2min after 4pm we had been in hospital since 12:30 it took me a hr to drive from Morton to packwood because it was dumping snow and took hr to get back to Morton hospital! ! Besides the rude lady that's been there for yrs it is a pleasant place but from now on i won't pay for multiple days at once just day for day !!!

Always friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast..Always clean room. Stay here evertime I come to Packwood
