the food was excellent the only thing is when we were waiting in line to be seated they take forever to seat us, we must have stood there for at least 20 minutes before they finally notice that we were there, they didn't notice us until I said something. after we were seated it took a long time before they even noticed we were sitting at the tables to even ask us for what our beverages are. when they finally notice us the service was a lot better. I had to country fried chicken with eggs and my husband had a waffle.on August 25th we again went to Country Kitchen for lunch this time We had the Totacho's we were told by the waitress that it was a fair size serving so me my husband were going to share the meal because we didn't want anything big when it came out, the waitress told us it was the manager that was doing the cooking and the manager said that that was actually the right size portion. and that the other Cooks were giving too much. it was a small dish one layer of potato tots Raw cut onions, tomatoes, sour cream, a little bit of ground beef and some salsa the amount that was on the dish itself did not go above the rim of the dish it was a very small portion it also had a cheese sauce on there which seemed like it was diluted because you can hardly taste the cheese the portion was about the size you would give a child so lo and behold there was no way we could share it because there wasn't enough for one person. although this time the service was a lot quicker and we were seated a lot quicker and the service was a lot better.
Me n my friends were very rudely kicked out of the lounge because some of us had forgotten our Id’s..we weren’t even going to drink we just wanted some food.. I didn’t realize we had to prove that we’ve been alive 18 years to eat?? Been there before and I really enjoyed it..this time I was definitely not impressed how they handled 7 potential customers. We had wanted to eat at the restaurant but they were closed due to machines not working please try to be more respectful to potential customers, thank you.
High prices Baconburger tasted burned and the lettuce was bitter. Waitresses are not friendly. It was dead in there and it was a long wait for the food. Bring a fly swatter.
This place is trash, currently sitting in the restaurant, been here for 45 minutes and server just took our drink order. Doesn't seem busy enough for the wait. I hope the food is good, but I highly doubt it. I'm not asking for Michelin quality but at least edible. Update: food was not edible, pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Another Update: I ended up having one bite, leaving and then had dairy queen across the street much better food quality
Very friendly server. Wait times wasn't bad. We liked the cheesy bacon fries. Food was ok, though portions seem small for what we paid for. Didn't get and not offered drink refills and drinks are supposed to be refillable.
Waited 20 minutes to be seated while they were not busy just kept ignoring us, no one was at front desk. After almost 30 minutes we gave up and figured we’d come back in a few minutes: came back and again had to wait while most tables were empty and waitresses stood around. We were seated at a dirty table and the young girl serving us seemed confused and stressed. Gave our kids menus but forgot the kids menus. Waited again about 15 minutes just for someone to ask what drinks we want. Then again another 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks. Probably the worst service we’ve ever received at any restaurant. People working here all seemed like young children that were quiet and confused.
We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, it was very obvious from the front desk there was room for us right away. When we finally got seated it took forever to have our order taken and even longer to get food. When we got food it wasn’t all there and half the bacon was raw. We never did get the bill at the table. We had to go and wait in line again to explain what we had and then of course the value for what we got didn’t line up. Very small portions compared to previous management. The staff really needs to get some training. I don’t think I’ll waste my money there again.
Currently sitting in the restaurant, and service is terrible! There is a shorter girl wearing vans, and a tall skinny girl working, lol. I don’t usually post reviews, but its terrible! They took forever to take our order, and there’s only 2 other tables. They are going on theyre phones and they both sat down at a table to eat together!! And there were 3 tables that hadn’t been cleared since we walked in! We’ve been sitting here for 45 mins and still don’t have our food.
This place used to be good. Lately the service has been absolutely terrible. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. Our waiter forgot to bring us alot of things we asked for. Food was cold. I do not reccomend! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Enjoyed our last visit. Server was sweet and kind. She took the time to talk to a little boy and made him very happy. Nice to see all the friendly faces in there
