This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced in this town, me and my fiancé planned to go together but I went in first to reserve a table and I’m not white but he is, so they looked at me like I didn’t belong there, felt really racist. Even when we ordered our food they were nice to him but still been disrespectful towards me.
The customer service here was sub par at best. Ended up getting the wrong order and was nice enough to drive back and return it, only to be blamed for it being apparently my mistake and not the business for lack of confirmation on the order being correct. Sad customer service and pretty disappointed the experience couldn't have been handled better. I've worked in retail and never have I argued with customers, usually you do what's necessary to make it right and accept blame regardless of whose fault, that's just business. I suppose this place runs differently.

I found mold in my food, I gave them a chance to make it right and they offered me the equivalent of 30c If you think finding mold in your food is acceptable, order here!
I am from out of town and was staying in a near by hotel with 4 children. I ordered the 14 piece meal. I got shorted 3 pieces of chicken. No lil packets if butter for the buns. And the chicken wasn't even that good. Kind of on the dry side. When i had called, they offered me a in store credituseless to me cause i live out of town i told them i needed the food cause i had mouths to feed but i had no way of getting there and they do not offer delivery. Never got any kind of compensation for their error. Instead of a in store credit maybe offer a gift card next time. I was not impressed.
We had a great time at this restaurant! Food was great and service was decent. We would highly recommend going here whether it's for a date or a night out with the family. The place itself is pretty out of date with torn seats and such but it's not too bad. As I said the food is good but it's also a little on the expensive side.
Best Chicken in town, pizza is pretty good too. They recently added online ordering, which I think is a great optional way to order your takeout food.
Food was great. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. And someone paid for our food! Great visit!
