Nice surface. Nice people. But the showers are cold/luke warm; TV wouldn't work (had to be reset and all night it flashed in and out); the pillows are old down (the feathers poke into your skin); the towels are tiny and thin (bring a roll of paper towels). They did call me before I came to tell my the hot tub and pool are not working. Heading to breakfast now... oh dear.

The stay was pretty uneventful. The front desk had great phone etiquette and even let us check in early to get ready for a wedding. The rooms are really spacious and have a separate living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a with its own door and lock. I would recommend staying here to anyone and would stay again. The rooms even come with blow dryers and irons and ironing boards. Breakfast was hot, taste and complimentary as well. They've earned every star on this 5 star rating.

Fairly disappointed with our stay. Pool room was absolutely freezing, along with the pool. Floor in pool room appeared to be molding and was very uncomfortable to walk on. Found a dirty toenail in our bathroom that my mom stepped on. And most of all the other guests were very rude and kept us awake most of the night. They were running and screaming in the halls, we were on the first floor and they were running on all floors. We finally yelled at them to stop and when we tried to call front desk, our phone wasn't working. Giving 2 stars for the comfy beds and pillows.

Have stayed many times, and never had a problem. The Staff has always been accommodating and friendly. Clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is as expected. Sometimes a thing or two is off (i.e. the jacuzzi is broke or the ice machine is on the fritz) but usually not the same issue twice. Would recommend for an affordable stay.

Great staff, comfortable bed, nice room. Wish the shower had more heat & pressure but appreciated the suite upgrade!
