I have always found this store to be friendly and accommodating. The fact that you have to wait for your merchandise is because they have to order it and have no control when the stock comes in. Their prices are a lot less then anywhere else. I have bought from the owner of this store for years and have had to wait when I ordered a Hawks jersey but that is to be expected. I will continue to frequent this store when I am in Galena and recommend others do to.

I called two weeks ago to order a Bears jersey for my husband. I was told that it would be in within 5-7 days. I told the boy I ordered it from that I needed it by Saturday, October 21 for an anniversary gift, he assured me that this would not be a problem and took my order and said he would call me when the jersey came in. I called today as I was walking out the door to go pick it up, and the owner said that they take anywhere from 8-10 days or longer depending on if it is in stock. I explained what I was told and he said it was his grandson who told me that and it was wrong information. He said he will call me when it comes in and I can take if I still want it. Totally RUDE and unhelpful. I nicely explained that this was an anniversary gift and I was counting on it today, and a phone call would have been nice. I then asked an estimated time it would be in and he said he had no idea and again would just call me. Never once apologized for the inconvenience at all. Was rude and just kind of a jerk to me. We live in Dubuque, and frequent Galena a lot. We actually purchase a lot of home decorations and gifts from this store, but after this experience, I will never go there again, and I will be more then happy to tell others not to waste their time. For a niche business that says they pride themselves on customer service, I got anything but good customer service.

I bought a Collie Clock from your store. I live 3 hours away and when I got home it was damaged. I called and was told to send it back which cost me nealy $6. I received another one and it was damaged in shipping. I called again and you were out of them. I just called a couple of days again and you still do not have them, I received a phone call to send it back and you would try and try to get me
another one. By the time I pay for shipping I would have paid for two clocks which was
$12.99. You also wanted the receipt which you already should have because I sent it with the first clock, I do have the box with your name on it. I want my momey back. I am tired of playing this game.
have used the the clock without the tail and the clock does not keep the correct time. As a business man I would think you would stand by your merchandise. I will not send the clock back, it is gargabe, I want a refund and would suggest you call Gift Link unless they want other complaints.I don't get to Galena often but I aways visit your friendly store. I hope you stand by this.
