Awesome selection of flannels for making rag quilts, plus of course all the other types of materials for quilting. Kits and books too.

I have shopped at Country Concession's many times. The lady who had a problem with the younger lady well, I don't believe it for a moment. That young lady has ALWAYS been helpful to me. She has always gone out of her way to make me feel welcomed, satisfied with what ever it is that I went to Country Concessions for.
ALL of the Staff at Country Concessions ought to give themselves a pat on the back for being so helpful to everyone. You are all busy but never too busy to say Hello, how are you, can I help you, I will be with you in a moment. All very Polite. I am excited each time I go to Country Concessions because of the staff and of course the product they sell. Anyone giving this Quilt shop less than 5 stars must themselves had a Really Bad Day and is trying to blame someone else for their own bad mood. Love this place and I will keep going back.

I have been shopping at Country Concessions for several years now. Unfortunately the last 3 visits have left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. The staff could not have been less helpful. During one visit the younger lady was in some sort of mood and barely looked up or spoke to me. She certainly made me feel like I was imposing by even being there. I understand people have bad moods but the next two visits weren't any better. Never once did anyone ever ask me if I needed assistance and the woman at the cash was very rude. She wasn't just rude to me but also to a lady that was in line in front of me. This poor lady was trying to sign up for her first quilting class and the lady at the desk treated her like she was an idiot for asking questions. There are so many wonderful quilt shops with friendly and helpful staff that I see no reason anyone would ever want or need to visit Country Concessions.
