We bought a mattress from here about 2 weeks ago that didn't suit us. We talked to our sales agent James McIntosh who told us to come in a try another one. He was so patient and helpful. We got the mattress we wanted for the same price. We also bought 2 pillows. He not only waved the $65.00 exchange fee he also gave us an extra pillow that I liked. Thanks James will recommend this store to all our friends.
Walked in after having a terrible experience at Leon’s and the Brick as we needed a mattress urgently for company coming over. James provided excellent service and came to the rescue with stock available on site. It was such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be going back for all our mattress and pillow needs.
Edited review: I originally had a 1 star review but after speaking to the customer service representative I am giving a 3 star review and edited the review to reflect my experience at the store and on delivery. At the store I had a great experience, the sales rep was friendly, kind and listened to what we wanted in a mattress but he overlooked a detail that sleep country finds to be important. At delivery is where the problem occured over the green fee which the detail of each piece having a $15 green fee the box spring and the mattress each have a fee was missed and I only paid for one when I needed both a mattress and box spring to be removed. So I had to find exact cash with taxes on the spot to get both pieces picked up so $16.95 total. It was stressful at the time as I had a newborn and toddler and with the delivery and then trying to find exact change....you get the picture. I did call to complain and the customer service rep was very friendly and offered to rectify the situation. And even in Google review they wanted details on the situation too. So I mean they listen to their customers and I do enjoy the bed we just purchased. But if I ever decide to go back to sleep country again I will have to make sure that the small details are taken care to avoid this stress again. And it's the first negative thing I've had to say about Sleep Country as a returning customer.
Spent an absurd amount of money on a tempur-pedic mattress the least the company can do is throw in two tempur-pedic pillows with the purchase. Total scam selling two pillows for $600!!! Will never be buying from them again!
Friendly, informative staff who were hugely accommodating when shopping with little ones. No pressure sales and genuinely interested in helping me choose what was right for me. Home delivery is free, and the 100 day policy gives me the peace of mind to purchase without worrying about making a costly error. Clean, well organised show room, with ample parking.
My husband and I needed a new mattress and we went to orangeville sleep country and Andrew and the rest of the team were incredible. They actually took their time to explain everything to us, let us try everything that fit our needs. They were able to help us find our perfect mattress and get us a great price. Would strongly recommend
BUYER BEWARE!! We bought a tempur pedic mattress with an adjustable base. The sales person told us we had a 100 day trial to make sure we liked it, he rushed us out, didn't provide a bill of sale, and took payment over the phone. After a few days we decided we didn't like the adjustable base and opted to return it. At this point we we're told that the base was final sale and not returnable, even though we were clearly told it was! Everyone we spoke to at sleep country told us 'too bad, it's in the fine print' on the bill of sale that was never provided! BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSOTMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE MONEY!
The salesperson was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure to purchase the most expensive mattress and we never felt rushed to make a decision. The delivery was on time and very well done, our families health and safety was the top priority when they showed up at our home. I would highly recommend this location for your next mattress purchase.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We bought 2 mattresses in the past 2 years and both sales assistants did a phenomenal job both looked for the best deal they could and both gave us a price and left us alone to discuss without being pushy. The last salesman was very honest and that made the sale for me! Look forward to coming back in the future!
We went in with only one thing: the fact that we desperately needed a new bed. Andrew was friendly, very knowledgeable and completely non-pushy. We highly recommend not just Sleep Country who never seem to disappoint but also this specific location.
