ok I realize you are extremely busy at this time with the new update...but no need to be RUDE to long time customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was on hold for almost 2 hours and finally hung up and went to the closest bank.
NOT HAPPY
