Good Supper Club. Friendly, prompt service & nice 2 man band from 6-8. Food was hot & tasty. Great outdoors deck on a small lake with a few ducks. We will be back.

I didn't go here to eat. A couple friends and I attended for an event they had here. When we got there for the event time, the doors were locked. We waited outside and finally got in 15minutes later. Well apparently the event was canceled but no one ever called to tell us this as that was what they were supposed to do. That is what I was told when I called to put our names in for the event. We decided to stay anyway and had a couple drinks. The drinks were good, the bartender was nice. But all the staff that was there looked mad and miserable. You got the feeling that no one wanted to be there. They were not very hospitable at all. Not even a single smile. I might give it another shot sometime when I'm out that way again, but I'm not entirely sure, as we found a really great place for food out there that night.

The view was beautiful. Other that that, the service took forever which left us scratching out heads because it was not crowded. We gave our dinner order and drink order at the same time and it took them 45 mins just to bring our drinks and another 45 minutes for our cold food to arrive. I ordered the salad bar but waited for the others to get their dinner before I went up to get mine. Half the salad bar was closed down, the other half had only wilted browned lettuce, cheddar cheese and maybe 2 veggies. The ranch dressing also tasted like it had been out all day. So sad because the ambience is so nice.

A month prior we made reservations for 15 people for their valentine day special. We confirmed the reservations once and they called to confirm with us once. Entertainment started at 3pm and our reservation was for 5:30pm, our group started arriving at 3pm. We ordered drinks and as instructed when we made reservations we informed the hostess at 5:15pm that we were ready to go to our table. Turned out the hostess had people sitting at our table drinking and not ordering food. When the hostess was asked why our table was not ready and that we had reservations we were told that we should find someplace else to go. We had a group of people ranging from 5 to 72 years of age, were not rowdy or anything, just enjoying Elvis. We complained to another employee and they tried to get us seated. Longer story short it was after 6:30pm when we were told they would get us a table, finally had a very average meal for above average price on a set up of tables that would have been cramped for 12 people. We are taking the hostess's advice and will find some place else to go.

Me and my new wife have our wedding here and the service and catering sucked during the dinner the servers and bartenders where rude to all the party guests especially the wedding party the bartenders would serve random people off the street first before any of the wedding guest. And in the first place the place should have been closed to the public there was two signs on the building and on the door saying so it should have refuse service to them for the wedding itself. They also did not do anything to help taking down decorations or putting up decorations like they said they would do they also did not at all come around for the rest of the night to ask if we we're okay or needed anything or if your night is going okay. And during the night they came through and cleaned up silverware or moved the silverware from the cake table when people were still eating cake and and accidentally picked up my wife's Brides Fork so we asked them to find it and they replied we will find it tomorrow so we then had to find it ourselves. So I highly do not recommend reserving the Cotton Patch for a wedding venue if I can give this no stars I would

Had a specific table reserved; they gave away my reserved table. The waitress failed to offer the special,e took a menu order and then came back to say it was out and we had to change our order. The same item had ben available when I made the reservation and we were within the first 5 dinner customers when we visited. The food was late and I actually had to go to the kitchen to ask about the delay on our service. The waitress largely ignored us. When we arrived there was excessive noise from rowdies at the bar, but, fortunately, they left before our food got to us. I had heard bout how great this place is. It isn't.

We had terrible service as a Wedding party. all of our servers were teenagers who did their best but, there should have been an adult leading them and then maybe the service would have been better. First they had it on their sign that they were closed for a Private event. They let people in off of the street. when I went up in my Bridesmaid dress it took 5 mins to get served even thought the entire wedding guest list was only 80 people. when the bartender did notice me she walked past me and served people who just walked in off of the street. there was no water on the tables when we got there. They cleared the head table on the word of one of the Grooms men. who didn't know that the Bride and all of the bride's maids had be having problems with the Brides dress and had only left the table to fix it. we were gone for 30 mins and when we came back the head table was cleared but the food on the guest tables were left our for hours yet. so luckily I was able to find a clean plate and silverware for the bride so she could finish her meal. I was still hungry. most of the food was good. The gravy was so thick it could pass for Jello and we had to scoop it out with the spoon for the beef tips. When we announced over the speakers that we are cutting the cake. There was no plates to put the cake on. I went up to the bartender to ask for plates I was told they had no small plates. I could have a to go box if i liked. I said again we are cutting the cake for all of the guest we need small plates! she said that they were on the salad cart and I could go and get them for myself. only after I took two stacks over to the cake did she come out with napkins and forks for the cake. At another time I asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up broken glass because we had like kids running around and I didn't want them to step in it. I was told I could have a broom and dustpan and I could go and get it myself. I DON'T WORK THERE HOW WOULD I KNOW WHERE IT IS? when one of the male guest asked for the broom she got up and got it for him. we were told that we could leave the decorations up and that they would take it down but with the crappy service we had received all night long we didn't trust them to not just trash them or brake all of them. I probably will not go there for any big event as they sucked for service.

I really wanted to like you Cotton Patch but whatever you served me that you called a medium 6oz tenderloin for $18 was garbage, hardly edible. My daughter ordered a burger off the kids' menu and she was given a grilled cheese. We figured whatever, and she was fine with it. When the waitress realized the mistake, she said she would take 10% off which I assumed was the total bill. Nope! 10% off the grilled cheese, so she knocked .40 cents off- that's just insulting. My husband loved the clam chowder and prime rib. The twice baked potato was a dried out, gross, sad side dish. The salad bar wasn't good either. Now I understand why this place is empty, which is a huge shame because it is a cool space.

I would love to rate the Cotton Patch but I can't. My husband planned a surprise for me for Valentine's Day. He saw the sign outside which said open Mondays and the special was steak & lobster. We made an hour trip up there and the doors were locked. We thought maybe we were a bit early so had a cocktail at another location then came back twice. Still closed. The hours were supposedly 4 - 9 on Mondays and we were there well after 4. You really ruined his surprise and has me wondering what is going on there........do you just open when you feel like it??? Not a happy camper.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! We will never go back there again. We've given them a 2nd chance after having terrible service a couple months ago but it's just as bad! Went for chicken on Sunday and we were the only ones there and we ordered the special of chicken and after 50 minutes the bar tender/waitress said they just put the chicken into the fryer! WTH? I'm positive she, the bar tender/waitress, forgot to give the kitchen our order! We WILL NOT go there again!
