Good food, but not very clean

Food was delicious but I don't think they would pass a food inspection. Everything needed a good cleaning. Ice maker top stayed open and staff never gloved up to reach in the ice bin. The air system just smelled musty. CLEAN the booths and tables with soapy water both tops and undersides. No one wants to eat in a dirty place.

I ordered take out for lunch,  pork chow mein, and pork lo mein.  The lady working was very nice, but when I got the food home I couldn't even eat it.  The lo mein taste like the incense they have burning, and mildew, it's just horrible, and the  rice was the only thing edible in the chow mein. I'm so disappointed,  there goes 13 bucks down the drain.
