I had received flowers from Cottage Rose Flowers before and they were beautiful. First of all the arrangement he had order for Valentine's Day was made up on January 31st and was going to be delivered to me at that time.  I was highly disappointed tonight when when my boyfriend had ordered for me for Valentine's Day looked nothing like the arrangement that he had chosen online. I took a photograph of what I had receive and was sadden to see after what I should have gotten. It looked like that had forgotten to make my arrangement and just threw some rose in a vase and had it delivered. Needless to say that they have lost a customer. I am certainly going to complain at the store and either receive what I was suppose to or his money back,
