We called the shop at 930, they had the problem diagnosed, part replaced and were done by 130. Amazing. And reasonable prices, very transparent.

Never given a bad review but I was really disappointed with the service I received here. Brought my truck in for a safety and asked if they would also be able to add a new leaf spring. They said no problem and everything seemed to go well. Within a few days I noticed a banging sound coming from the back of my truck. I was working out of town and couldn’t get it back for them to have a look at. The noise got worse every day and soon the slightest bump in the road and I could hear metal smashing together loudly. I took it in to a suspension specialist near my job site and he said it was the worst job he’s ever seen. Didn’t believe me at first that an actual shop had done the work. No U-bolts, random metal welded to the springs to keep them in place. I hate to leave a bad review but I drive this truck on the 400 series highways every day it’s not some old beater that never leaves my property.

Won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Randy and his team are the most honest, upfront mechanics I've ever met. Not only does he call you to confirm the work you need done BEFORE doing it, he informs you of the priority of each job so that you can decide what is affordable for you at that time. He breaks down the function, cost and time involved with each job and is always forthcoming about finding you the best deals. His Dad will even drive you into town while you wait for the work to be done and pick you up later. The level of customer service is out of this world. The guys there put in the good work and don't doddle doing it just to up their hourly rate like a lot of garages do. And they do a full inspection to make sure it's sounding right and SAFE before they let you drive off. The shop rate is fair and comparably cheap to most other Muskoka garages. And like I said, Randy goes the extra mile to find you the best deals on parts. Can't say enough good things about Cottage Country Auto, they're the ones to go to for quality, honest, efficient auto repairs.

These guys are great. My daughter brings her car all the way from Georgetown to have it serviced. They are gust a great, friendly, honest bunch of guys. Highly recommended! !!!!!

Randy and staff are honest and fair. They will be up front in telling you what is wrong and what can wait to be repaired , what needs fixing right away ect. reliable good service and fair competitive pricing!!

I had a noise under my car for 2 years, and my mechanic in Toronto told me it was my rear driveshaft coupling. In Muskoka for the Summer, I saw all the positive reviews for Cottage Country Repairs on Google so I telephoned and spoke to Randy who impressed me, and I agreed to take the car in for a diagnosis. His people used a ‘car stethoscope’ on the car, while running the car up on a hoist, and discovered that the real cause of my noise was my 2 passenger side wheel bearings, which he replaced, and the noise has now completely gone. I was extremely impressed by Randy’s professionalism and clear communication through this whole process.

By far the best mechanics you can ask for. Excellent rates, trustworthy and honest. I drive over 2 hours to bring my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs.
