Cavalcade Ford Sales Ltd.

I am dealing with Cavalcade Ford for the second time. Obviously my first dealing went excellently as is our second. We were served both times by Nathan Ellis. Nathan dealt with us professionally and respectfully. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He listened from the moment we met and was able to recommend solutions that met our needs. He answered all our questions and immediately went to people who could answer any of the few questions he couldn't answer. We never felt we were being fed a story. Nathan gave us as much of his time as we needed while making our decisions and while going over the vehicles. His excellent service didn't stop with the sale. He is happy to help with questions after the sale. Nathan does this with a great sense of humor and an easy going manner. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Very happy with the quality of the body repair. Excellent service and workmanship. Especially appreciated that their tech suggested ways to reduce my cost without sacrificing the quality.

My first time going to a dealership. The staff are very pleasant & helpful. They more than exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the service I had received. I would definitely go back again.

Mr. Fraser. Yes these issues were from some time ago. After a discussion with Cavalcade's new service manager I hope to receive better service upon future visits, which I will now entertain given the change of management. I only wish that the calls to the previous manager would have received some action or acceptance of responsibility of the failures I experienced. I appreciate your defensive take on this poor review, fact remains that the AC was recharged and never "leaked" again(I made a mistake in the initial post and stated compressor not condenser was leaking as told by Cavalcade), The $100 brake service was completed with with no caliper slide pin lubrication and seized. And the parking break cable was seized before and after $1200 of unnecessary repairs. The reason the warranty work was covered at another dealer is because by the time I got to Barrie the vehicle was unsafe to operate and was refused release to the road. Since the brakes are all new "lifetime warranty ford brakes" now I'll be happy to make an appointment to service the rear brakes. Is this covered under warranty also? Thank you again Jon for replying to this and my previous post. I'm not a Ford technician. The experiences I wrote about are factual and with lasting effect. Lets now focus on the future of your business and my Ford vehicle. people who read this post will understand that not everyone who has spend money unnecessarily on repair work will have a good day. They will also understand that if the followup satisfies such customers, that is the place they will want their vehicle serviced :) !

Great service. Was a huge blessing to me and my family. Very accommodating and made our first truck purchase a great experience. The sales rep. Matt Dewar is a top shelf sales representative. Will continue to deal with cavalcade for years to come.
