Costco Pharmacy

The only thing good about tis pharmacy is the woman who works the desk, Laurie. Your script will NEVER be on time regardless of how much time you give them. The staff behind the counter are rude and act like your inconveniencing them when you walk up. Also a woman by the name of Brenda was super rude on the phone when I called (45 min before I got there and it still wasn't done) . Thank you Laurie for your kindness but the rest of the team is the reason I go to Walgreens for almost all of my scripts.

My experience with this pharmacy has been one customer service failure after another. During a software management changeover, the Pharmacy Manager decided to dump: i.e., return to stock ALL the pending prescriptions (those called in but not yet picked up) without notifying ANY of the customers that this had been done. Queue a very long line of frustrated customers who then had to wait around for at least half an hour for their scripts to be filled while they waited. The Manager personally told me that he decided it would be "too difficult" to have the staff input the prescriptions into a new system that they were unfamiliar with. So, customer service takes a backseat to having your employees learn new technologies and there is NO consideration given to the customers' time being valued when they show up for a script they have not been informed will not be there. We have also shown up to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready and were told that for reasons unknown it wasn't ever filled. "Go walk around, come back in half an hour and it'll be ready." We did that and when we returned half an hour later, they said they didn't even have the medication in stock on premises. I'm honestly at a loss as to how a pharmacy can even function given such profound incompetence and disregard for customer service.
