Community Mental Health Service

I have been trying to get help here for a month now. I have medicaid, however, despite having everything they need there is always an excuse not to help me. I really need help. I cannot do this anymore, please help me! I don't know where to go to get the treatment I so desperately need!

I have been receiving services at CMH for about five years. I must say that my mental health issues are not anywhere near as severe as most of the patients receiving services here. Still, I have received case management services and counseling. I've been impressed by the compassion and professionalism of all the people I've worked with there,

I have a brother with schizoaffective bipolar disorder and when my mother was alive she was dealing with this agency. Now I find myself getting so frustrated working with this apathetic group as I try to help my crazy brother. From the social workers all the way to the directors, be ready for making yourself nuts trying to get anyone to call you back or respond to your family member's needs. I am glad I am not mentally handicapped because dealing with anyone working at this place would surely make me nuts.
