Costco Gasoline

The Costco gas station is quite frustrating and poorly managed. There seems to be no proper system in place to keep the lanes moving efficiently. They’ve hired people walking around in reflective vests, but they don’t seem to do anything helpful. Instead of directing cars or ensuring the flow is smooth, they just stand around, adding no value to the process. The result is long, disorganized lines, and it often feels like filling up here takes far more time than it should. Overall, a below-average experience that could easily be improved with better organization and staff actually helping manage the flow.

Popular spot. I am not a driver so take this review with a grain of salt. Lines are crazy. Patience is required. Hats off to the staff running it during the winter

Wanting to express my deepest sympathies to Jonathan gas bar attendant .... for asking him to do his job this morning. I needed a receipt. The machine didn't print one so I asked him for help. You would have thought that I'd asked him to work a double-shift for free based upon his grumpy reaction. This is not the first time that I have seen his poor customer service.nnI know a TON of people who would love to work at Costco. I think that if Jonathan is that unhappy at his job, he should move on and let someone who would appreciate the perks of working at Costco take over for him.nnThe lower gas prices will see me returning time and time again to Costco .... perhaps with the plan to engage Jonathan to see if I can finally catch him exhibiting some decent customer service.

I drove whole the way from Calgary trail to get gas with barely gas in my tank and I was denied to fill gas because google maps shows 7:30pm as closing time but actual is 7. Costco should take action to fix their timing on google maps. Thanks

You need a costco membership to purchase gas. Prices are slightly lower than other gas stations. However, lineups can be atrocious.
