Duggan Family Dental

I can not say enough good things about this office. All the staff here are exceptional. The front desk is amazing! The dental hygienist I think I have visited 3 of them are amazing! The dental assistants are amazing. The dentist are, you guessed it, amazing! Last week I took a spill on an e-scooter and chipped my front tooth. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away. Dr. Assaly and his wonderful assistant Jennifer made me feel at ease about the whole ordeal. I actually left with a better smile than I had before my e-scooter accident. Thank you so much!

I had a great first visit here. I appreciated being able to fill out the initial forms online, as well as the boot covers offered in the winter instead of having to remove my shoes. Orillia made me feel comfortable even though I hadn't had a cleaning in a few years, and Dr. Ryan provided thoughtful information and feedback on my dental care routine. If you are afraid to book an appointment because it's been a while, this is your sign to book!

Staffs are really nice and friendly. But the fees are too high in this clinic. !!!!! You better check the pre determination costs before going in. Every exam price costs a lot higher than the fee guidelines your insurance follows. They add up really quick. Other than that the services are pretty good.

I want to thank Dr. Ryan Assaly and Aurelia for the wonderful job they did on my teeth, cleaning, and everything they needed to make me feel healthy and happy! I have been coming to DUGGAN FAMILY DENTAL for years and I recommend them because of the professionalism that the doctors work with, do not forget to ask if all your XRs are covered by your benefits or not and you will be 100% satisfied!

Very good care provided by the Dentist, hygienist as well as staff. Unfortunately the rates are above the recommended fee schedule in Alberta which is already 30-40% higher than BC rates as comparison. I don't know when this will change but it begs the question of how much money is enough for Alberta Dentists?

This Dental office gives excellent dental treatment as well as making sure patients feel welcome. Staff members are never too busy to make small talk, or to do anything else needed to ease any anxieties a patient may have. Personally, I've been so comfortable that I've fallen asleep during a cleaning!

Ryan Assaly and his team run a friendly and well organised clinic!. Aurelia is a terrific hygienist and front/admin are courteous and efficient. Really comfortable atmosphere that makes going to the dentist enjoyable!

I have nothing but great things to say about Duggan Family Dental. Dr. Assaly not only is a master of his craft, but it is clear to any of his patients he loves what he is doing. The entire staff is friendly, professional and really put effort into your dental care. 10/10 would recommend.

My dental appointment today was great. It may sound odd to say about a dentist, but I like going to Duggan Family Dental. I know that I will be treated with courtesy and in a professional manner. Every step they take, they take time to explain what is happening. They have a modern facility, current technology and above all people who really care. From reception to the dental assistants to Dr. Ryan. I highly recommend Duggan Family Dental.

The dentists and staff at Duggan dental are awesome. One of my children has severe anxiety about seeing the dentist and they have always made her experiences less intimidating for her and alleviate her stress any way they can. They are all kind, compassionate and respectful and go out of their way to make everyone feel like more than just a patient. I think Duggan Family dental is a great place to go for your dental needs and have already referred friends and relatives to them. My children and I see Dr Laatsch and I highly recommend him. Great staff and dentists!
