Story

Redevelop your health foundation from the inside out with Pilates classes at Core Body Science in Toronto. We believe that by focusing on the core, or the “powerhouse”, you have the best opportunity to transform your body from the inside out. We practice an athletic form of Pilates that is grounded in principles found in Joseph Pilates’ teachings. Our classes are designed to build strength, increase endurance and flexibility, and improve balance and posture through each and every exercise by training muscles to a threshold of intensity that will stimulate improvement and build muscular endurance. Our variety of classes are based on this principle however each class varies in difficulty level making them accessible to everyone.

Our Pilates instructors guide you in a patient and thorough manner. This insightful encouragement allows you to accomplish your health and well-being goals more readily. Our focus is on core-training exercises and maintaining proper form throughout each movement.

Pilates classes are available for groups, on a drop-in basis, or you can schedule some one-on-one private sessions. In these sessions, your specific conditions and/or needs are addressed; you also receive coaching and analysis of your body movements. A set of Pilates personal training sessions enables you to focus on problem areas and obtain results faster.

You'll soon be on a new path of self-awareness, informed movement, and the ongoing, uplifting joy of feeling and seeing yourself evolve into a redefined you with greater potential and the energy and self-belief to achieve it.

Love this Studio! It is clean and organized and prefectly located.I began classes here two months ago. Every instructor I have had has been patient, kind and knows their stuff. The website booking is easy to use .I usually book my classes a week in advance. Going three or four times a week gave me very fast results.
Guys do Pilates too! I was looking for a way to strengthen my bad back in a safe and fun way. Kelly looks after my full health and fitness. We've had great success in stretching, strengthening and nutrition. I can see the difference in my posture and have been able to build up my other workouts as well.
So lucky that I found this studio. I started to smile each time I see myself in a mirror. Thanks so much Kelly for your knowledge, support and positive energy
Love the classes at Core Body Science! Friendly atmosphere and great workout! Used to go once a week and now I go twice. Really notice the difference in my core strength.
I'm giving this business one star only because I can't give it zero. Don't go to Core Body Science if you are even a little bit over-weight. The instructor body shames you with shady comments. I went to trim down and get fit instead I now feel even worse about my body. Take your money elsewhere.
