All the negative reviews must be from someone that has a grudge against these honest, hard-working people. I have only recently inherited a pond with fish at my new home and i knew nothing about it. The owner of Corbret's is a living encyclopedia of knowledge! I learned more about my ponds from him than I found on the internet. I spent a $1000 on equipment and they give me the best price from all stores I checked in Windsor. One part was not working, broken from the factory and they opened a new box and replaced with a new one, no questions asked. Great customer service, amazing people! Thank You!

I love this place, my boyfriend and I are here probably once a week if not more. The staff is always very helpful and the owner is there everyday all day. He treats his customers like family, definitely one of my favourite spots in Windsor :) highly recommended!!!

This is absolutely the worst place in Windsor. I have never seen worse customer service in my life. My siblings and I came in several times to buy a bunny and both of the (very sketchy) owners refused to let us in the room. I completely understand that it has to be kept at a certain temperature for the small animals but how are we expected to buy a pet without seeing it first? Both owners are ridiculous and make you not want to buy from them. We have come in hours before closing time and they try to kick us out by saying they're going to close in a few minutes. The living conditions of the animals are inhumane as well. AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS!

I’ve been in here several times. The place is absolutely disgusting. The dogs are never taken care of. They are sick and incredibly overpriced. Do not go here. If you want to save an animal. Go to the humane society or go to an animal rescue.

This place is so sad. What a depressing start to life for these animals. Adopt from the humane society and avoid this place.
