The staff members normally are very helpful in assisting but the one who recently spoke to us didn’t really seem to have any knowledge that was actually relevant to the questions asked regarding particular livestock. Also came across quite cocky and rude as felt like I was being spoken down to and that I didn’t actually know a thing, when in fact I’m possibly more experienced than I actually let on when it comes to aquatics both livestock tanks and dry goods. Will stick to to my regular suppliers and fellow aquarists in the future. Display tanks need to be looked after a little better as well as some of the fishes health overall. Dry goods pricing seems very expensive compared to other retailers.
Just wow guys, a HUGE store, deceptive from front, and then goes on forever, I found the aquatic centre st back , just had every things in both I needed. Brushes and pond plants! New favourite
Just can't imagine how big that Oaktree Garden center is and how good it's Cafe and Nursery are. World of Water is brilliant and the garden furniture is extensive and fabulous. Try a visit, you will be so glad you did!
Excellent. Very helpful. Took an old water pump in, and was advised on what was a good replacement. Bought new flexi tubing and clips as well. My 20 year old water feature Bought from the sadly missed Shinfield world of water, now closed is all cleaned up, and running again. The Bracknell centre is well worth a visit. Many Thanks

This is a great place for tropical fish and they have a great choice of koi carp they just finished building a huge pond for there really big koi they look amazing
Tranquil, easy on the mental and physical to be there. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bar prices moderately priced. Good parking facilities.
Good selection of both fresh water marine fish, tanks, support equipment and aquariums. The staff seemed well informed and very helpful. If into aquatics then it is well worth a visit.
Excellent range of freshwater tropical fish and cold water fish. All look very healthy. Good range of aquariums and dry goods. Staff very helpful.
