Tasty food, decent prices. Staff is super friendly, too. Perfect for a family breakfast or brunch! There are plenty of vegetarian options!
Not busy, only less than 10% capacity. But we had to seat next to a table and the space were tight. If you have many empty table during covid, why were we sitting next to another party? And because of the plastic shield, it made the space cramped and we were not enjoying even though the food were good.
Egg bennies are always good here. Prices have gone up quite a bit. These 2 items ended up being 42 dollars..... for breakfast!!!! minus 1 star for the price but otherwise the food and quality is good. Portions are also good.
Our server was very kind and we all loved him. Our food on the other hand was quite disappointing. We all asked for our eggs medium - they all came back over cooked. The potatoes were undercooked, the fruit was unripe, and most of our food was cold.
It was an excellent experience. Service was great and quick. The food was awesome..and I loved the atmosphere.. it actually felt like a "restaurant" and did not feel like eating in the "Mess".. Kid-friendliness: They have separate kids menu leaflets and gave colours to fill in the activities included in the menu itself.
Food is fresh and good, although it's a little bit on the pricy side
Visiting from Washington & this breakfast location was extremely tasty! John was a great server. High recommend!
Thought we would try brunch. The service was very good. The brunch burger was uneventful, bland, greasy. the burger had no seasoning, even the hollandaise sauce was bland, it just dripping out clear. The outside of the bread was over buttered, greasy . Note bottom slice of bread in pic compared to the top bread. Could Not Finish. Banana/ mango smoothie must have been forgotten in the blender because it was so aerate it was mostly tasteless foam. Now the highlight. My oldest had the tuna melt and he said it was ok. Overall. Disappointed.
Food is ok good, portions are big. A bit pricy
*Delayed/not served in order of arrival, incorrect order This feedback was sent to Cora's online comment system a month ago but I have yet to hear back: I have dined at Cora's in New Brunswick and Ontario for years and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Unfortunately, today's takeout experience was not satisfactory. The online ordering system states the meals would be ready for pick up at 6:15am. Given that I placed the ordered at 5:30am, before the restaurant opens at 6am, I expected my meals to be first in line to be prepared but it was not the case. The meals were not ready until 6:30 and I watched others sitting in the restaurant being served as I waited, they would not have been able to order until after the restaurant opens. One of the orders was also incorrect with potatoes instead salad. Had I dined in the restaurant, I would have the option of tipping at the end of the service. The online system asked for my tips at the payment, there needs to be an option to tip at pick up as today's experience is undeserving of any tips. Cora has always been a bit of comfort that reminds me of home, I hope Cora values all customers across the country, not to mention long time customers. What would Cora do in these situations?
