Coq-O-Bec (Papineau)

2 items missing from my order. Called right away on the phone. Did not offer to send the items back. Did not offer a refund. Did offer credit store which is ridiculous since i had a bad experience with them and will not order anything anymore. So basically, i paid for food that wasn't delivered to me and got bad customer service. There are plenty of chicken places in Montreal. Do yourself a favor, try another one.

They do a lot of carry out business but I love grabbing a bite to eat here after the gym. The lady at the cash is the nicest person in Montreal.

It took one hour and 40 mins for delivery and the food arrived cold. They offered to re-make the order and still nothing 2 hours later. Maybe its only an issue with the "just eat" app...

I placed my order online and specified payment by card. The order arrived one hour later than the time that I had specified. When the order arrived, the driver did not have the machine to process my card payment. I refused to accept the order.

Ordered at 11:50, food takes more than an hour to come with an ETA of 30 mins. Don't bother, anything is faster.

Really love this place, comfortable to visit, friendly staff. say hello to the chef and he will make you feel special. affordable too!!!

Ordered at 11:40 food got here at 1:30 and to top it off food not so tasty

I will say you go because there pizza is so good and the price is low on every thing,poutine fries

there are Only 2 peOple tO serve 1 miliOn CustOmers a Chef and a Cashier

Don't order here. Waited over an hour and a half for my food. Need I say anything else?
