I had the kale cesar salad added fried tofu … apparently breaded in potato starch; possibly one of the most delightful protein toppings I’ve ever had. The ramen noodle bowl rivals global best in class. Never overlook the little restaurants at these global hotel chains like Marriott. The food is generally prepared by the top of the top culinary chefs with stringent ingredient requirements. The ‘Copper Fox’s’ limited menu is short but amazing. Nice bar with lots of local beer on tap.
Restaurant in the Marriott Hotel outside of the Chicago Midway airport. We stayed here die to a cancelled flight, and had a dinner voucher. The staff was very nice and attentive. We had the crispy brussel sprouts which were tasty and served in a generous portion, the calamari fries which were really quite big, the chicken wings and the fried avocado. The chicken wings were a bit rubbery and disappointing, and I would have preferred the avocado a bit more ripe - although this is difficult to achieve in the north in February! There service made this place stand out and made our experience of a cancelled flight quite tolerable!

Pork chop was well seasoned, juicy, and cooked properly. Accompanying crispy brussel sprouts were also excellent. Great service to boot. Very pleasantly surprised!

My first visit, and was very pleased. I enjoyed the Fox burger medium, and it was delicious and juicy. The chips were freshly fried. All in all great meal and great customer service
