We met Kate when she was a client of ours and gave us some cookies as a treat. We loved them so much we started using them as thank you gifts for our own clients. Some favourites among the office are peanut butter, ginger, and there is one with a coffee flavour that is very memorable! They make great treats for anyone passing through Marda Loop and the packaging is great for gifts as well. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

Amazing cookies and amazing service! I placed a large order here on behalf of my office to have cookies delivered to multiple clients for Christmas. Kate was wonderful to deal with over the phone. It was a fairly last minute order as our original plans fell through, and they were able to get them out for delivery within a couple days. And our office just received a box of cookies from Cookie Occasion as a gift from someone so we got to try them for ourselves and they are delicious.

I have to agree with all of the wonderful reviews of the amazing customer service! We are new to Calgary and I took my daughter here this afternoon to celebrate an important milestone. On a whim the owner comped us the 3 cookies my daughter picked out. The cookies were excellent, and we will definitely be supporting this little place. Highly recommended!

Delicious cookies! We pick these up every once and a while even when it's not a special "occasion". I'm definitely interested in trying some of their arrangements!

Absolutely wonderful! They delivered a get well cookie and balloon bouquet to my son with very little notice within hours of me placing my "rush" order, and the cookies are just amazing! Will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service! I had cookies delivered to my friend but she wasn’t home and the cookies were stolen from her doorstep. They delivered them again the next day and gave me a credit for an extra dozen, which was unexpected. My friend said the cookies were soft and delicious!

One of the very few Bakeries in town that understands how to make a soft cookie. As a self proclaimed cookie expert, this shop is the best I've discovered to date and I've tried a lot of places around the city. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they always keep a large assortment of cookies in store for when a fiend like me shows up. The hours do differ and it has been closing around 4 pm lately, so go early and go often. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true cookie experience.

Cookie Occasion is the only place in Calgary I will buy gourmet, top quality, melt-in-your mouth delicious cookies for my business, parties I throw and delicious on the go snacks! Their attention to each and every detail, amazingly kind staff and best treats in the city have had me coming back for more delicious cookies for two years! The owner is outstanding and has always gone above and beyond to cater to my business's needs, as well as create such a special and kind atmosphere in her bakery. If you haven't tried this gourmet bakery yet, you must!
