Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Canada

The consulate’s services has really improved compared to before. I’m very pleased with the way it has evolved. The consulate has implemented their scheduling system for appointments and where one can upload any documents. Just like any other consulate in Montreal, there are rules to follow and documents that are required for them to process your affairs. There is nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion. If you do not bring the required paper documents that they have requested and that they have mentioned on their website, then the fault is on you…not them. 5 stars for the improvements and for the friendly staff. Bravo well done!

Great overall experience at the consulate of Morocco in Montreal. I recently visited after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The consulate now operates with greater efficiency and organization, making the entire process smoother. I was able to complete my errand quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Mr. Faisal for his helpfulness and delightful demeanor. Highly recommend this consulate for any assistance needed.

Worst experience ever! I'm still recovering from the trauma. They made a mistake and I had to go in 4 different times throughout the year to fix their mistake, having to take time off from work each time. Very disorganized and disrespectful to the customers. They have a very confrontational lady and security guard at the entrance and won't allow people accompanying you or those without an appointment in. Fingerprints are still done in ink, everything is done on paper. It's like going back in time when you go there. I really wish I didn't need to go there. Honestly I would give a 0 if I could. Very disappointing

The appointment system has put the system back 20 years and this delights the staff who don't want to do anything you come for a piece of paper you have to bring back the papers that you don't have they just want the documents that you don't have so as not to serve you… Moroccan flag fold like a napkin! Vice consul not responsible at all.
