We hired Dave from Consider It Done to remodel our kitchen, and the result is spectacular. Dave is a highly skilled craftsmen, jack-of-all trades, and perfectionist. Everything went smoothly and was completed on time and within budget. There were some minor problems with the cabinets my husband and I ordered from an online vendor, and Dave worked tirelessly to resolve the problems and make sure everything was perfect. Dave is also extremely trustworthy and just a genuinely nice person. Eve does excellent work behind the scenes to make sure the project is completed well and on time, and provides timely customer service. Basically, Consider It Done is everything you would want in a contractor.

Dave did a beautiful job on our kitchen remodel. He patiently answered all our questions, made helpful suggestions, helped us stay within our budget, paid attention to details and completed the job on schedule. His craftsmanship is excellent. He's also a nice guy who's a pleasure to have around--no small consideration when someone will be spending a few weeks at your home!

Three cheers for Consider It Done! We hired CID to remodel our bathroom. Dave went well above and beyond through his attention to detail and exquisite craftsmanship. We also loved having Dave around. I hadn't realized that when you have a young family and invite people into your home to work on it, they truly become part of your family for the duration of the project. We can't imagine hosting a nicer or more thoughtful person than Dave, who even took the time to create special concrete foot/hand imprints for our children during the time he was with us!

I have used many contractors and home improvement workers over the years, but without a doubt, Consider It Done is absolutely the best. Dave oversees every project personally and is meticulous about his work. He has completed several projects at our house and I am always amazed that there is still someone like him left in the world who takes great pride in his work and gets it done right every time. He is diligent, honest, and detail-oriented. I would hire no one else to work on my home.

I have used CID in two houses over the past 5 years or so -- which included help with a bathroom renovation, finishing a basement space, and two kitchens. The latest remodel involved removing 3 walls, renovating a kitchen, a small addition, and dealing with 3 different ceiling heights. Dave completed it in a few months and produced and exceptional end result. He and his business manager, and wife, Eve are consummate professionals. Dave is smart, highly skilled, trustworthy, reliable, and assiduous in his work. On top of that he is kind, compassionate and interminably cheerful -- something that one may not realize are characteristics you desire in a contractor, but when things get stressful and your house is torn apart, a calm presence in the storm can make a world of difference. In addition, Eve is organized, attentive to detail, timely with her quotes and responsive to questions. They make a great team! I recommend CID without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Dave and Eve. Dave did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. We could not be happier. He is a busy man, so you may have to wait a little bit, but it is worth it. When he is on your job, he is just doing your job, and not juggling projects. That mattered to us.

We were in need of a surprise bathroom upgrade and the contractor we were using for our last 2 projects was un responsive to our needs, we got a recommendation for Dave and Consider It Done, this was by far the best renovation project we have ever gone through. Dave is a master craftsman and the work was outstanding he also made the upgrade as stress free as possible for a house with 3 girls and one full bath. We will be renovation our kitchen, dining room and living room in the near future and I’m sure we will have Consider it done as the contractor.

I have nothing but praise for Consider It Done. Dave comes when he says he will come, does what he says he’s going to do, does it the way he says it will be done, and finishes within the time frame provided. Having never found another contractor like this, I consider this to be the highest praise possible. We trust him, we trust his opinion and we trust his judgment. We have used Dave for a six week remodeling job involving kitchen, half bath & laundry room, as well as day jobs such as window and door replacements and smaller repairs involving carpentry, electrical work and plumbing. Prior to the kitchen remodeling, he met with the kitchen designer, in the kitchen, to verify measurements. He cleans up after himself daily even with the demolition of old plaster walls, there was minimal plaster dust that escaped. During the kitchen remodeling, he installed a temporary sink and counter at night, which was a blessing. We would rather wait for Dave to be available than use anyone else.
