Place is clean and vast. Lockers are nice (as of Nov '17) and restrooms are just as clean. May not have enough barbells (straight or curved) when peek people are working out but I otherwise recommend. Customer service is above average.

URGENT TO READ This place overall would exceed your standards accept on one IMPORTANT LEVEL. Before making your choice here is what I have found after 10 years in the military and spending lots of time at different fitness centers . You don't want to pay any dollar amount to work out at a gym where a staff member would find pleasure or the need to start a conversation with you by reminding you that he has the power to expel you from the area if he so feels like it. It just demonstrate a need to make one selfs seem important instead of focusing on the overall experience all the clients deserved to have at such a great establishment. I do want to highlight that this place management is otherwise in my opinion impeccable and that my one star rating reflects unfortunetly what seems to be a one time experienced that makes a big impact. The fitness center has lots of free weights the perfect amounth of squat racks well working machine lots of locker room and amazing staff that keep the place very clean. I admire the business model and the overall execution of it all in this location and believe that this center is probably one of the best econofitness I have been to.

(About the one on Boul. de Laurentides, Vimont, Laval). Nice facility. Maybe two things could be improved : some paper towels on the floor to clean your sweat (they say they do it regularly, which is true) and the showers. I recommend.

The place is packed at the end of weekdays and it smells like a sweaty wet dog. I still go for the cheap price though.
