I've been training here for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms in the area! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a great variety of machines and free weights. I recommend this place to anyone interested.

Positives: cheap, local, fairly clean before 7:30am, friendly people at the gym both clients and staff.nnNegatives: pretty ghetto - hydro massage tables don’t work either of them. They spray water but the entertainment screen leaves you doing nothing for 10min. Fix the games. The regular massage chairs are probably from the early 2000, obviously no sensors in them they basically crush you to death. Chair 3 the one labeled as chair 4 doesn’t even turn off. There’s a nice tarp hanging from ceiling with garden hose that leads to a bucket. That’s been there since summer. In the last year I’ve seen the weights restocked maybe once. The handles on several machines need to be replaced they’re like $5. Music choices are something to be reconsidered. A lot of teen pop and nonsense, one time even animal sound effects…plus you can easily hear two songs going at same time when a body pump class is going.nnVery clear the business owner doesn’t visit this gym.nnOverall it’s okay. If I had to go after 8am I’d choose another gym.

Forgot my card once and this manager lady turned me down at the entree, even though she knows me, I've been a regular customer for few years. After driving 30 mins to get there I realized I forgot my pass, she refused to make any exceptions and I had to drive back home. They let people through ALL THE TIME, I personally saw this happening multiple times, but it's now that she decides to play by the rules? They just lost a loyal client. And you too should avoid this gym, owners are soulless, heartless and pathetic humans. They don't value their loyal clients AT ALL. This will happen to you too, if you ever forget your card, you are going home, regardless. Pathetic...

I love this gym. As a teenage girl, I feel very safe working out here and feel very comfortable. There's plenty of machines and the staff and other gym bros are very kind and welcoming to new-comers. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym that's affordable, and safe.
