Waste of time and money! Even with a paid platinum membership I've been locked out 2 times, wasting time and energy, no one to help, solve or complain to. It's just a cheep gym, with lots of broken machines and dirty bathrooms that takes your money and then denies you entry.nI'd recommend spending a bit more and use Sportheque who have better service.
Worst gym in Gatineau by far! Unqualified staff, rude gyms is always full and dirty always missing handpaper ¼ of the machines out of use ! Don't waste your time and money here not worth it !
The perfect destination for fitness and GYM lovers. There is also a section for massage and bronzage. All of this is available 24/7 at very affordable prices. Highly recommended!
Staff lacks common knowledge when it comes to customer service. Tanning till 9 means up till 9. Not 8:30, or 8:45. So unprofessional. It's always an issue. Especially considering the max tan is 9 minutes. This needs to be addressed.
I’m giving 1 star over 5 ‘cause the toilets are usually not clean, and water dispenser only 1 for all members over 1,000 is dirty actually some human hairs is on the top since a couple of days …n.nThank you !nnLove & peace from a 7 years client,
